"Kind of as expected which is that it is a bit shit but I'm on Hormones now so I'm not that mad. Like I was misgendered, made a complaint, was essentially told it didn't matter. It is very difficult to get contact/help if anything is wrong but if you have the right doctor/GP you might be alright. The process is harrowing but numbly so. I was glad to find I could be out as non binary although I wasn't any less interrogated for 'proof' of my gender identity/transness. All in all, if you're wanting to be referred to an NHS gender clinic, Charing Cross isn't the worst but that's not saying much."
Update by same user (added 8/07/2021): "Elizabeth Vanhorn is lovely and super helpful and that was the nicest, easiest appointment I've had since being referred."
